How to Access Your Zoom Telehealth Appointment

Telehealth FAQs

Each telehealth appointment is assessed on a case-by-case basis.  If you believe that your appointment can be conducted virtually, please select that option on our form, and we will accommodate if at all possible.  Should your visit require coming in to our office, our team will let you know.

The platforms we use to conduct telehealth appointments (Zoom and FaceTime) are both simple and free to use.  It's as easy as joining a virtual meeting with your company or having a video chat with a friend!

Our team makes every effort to protect your information, whether you are seen in our office or virtually.

In most cases, insurance will cover the cost of telehealth care.  To know for sure if this will be the case for you, it is best to contact your insurance provider.

Most medications can be prescribed via telehealth appointments.  To learn more about your own prescription, please speak to your physician.
